摘要：针对建设工程总承包海外市场的特点，分析国际承包商在工程建设中面临的原材料价格变动、汇率变化等风险。阐述将商品、外汇期货套期保值方法应用于海外建设工程的操作，实证案例表明，套期保值可以在一定程度上降低承包商在海外工程建设中的价格风险。

Abstract：Based on the characteristics of foreign market for overseas construction projects，this paper analyzes the risks faced by international contractors such as price change of raw materials and variation in exchange rate. Then，describes the application of the hedging method of commodity and foreign exchange futures to the operation of overseas construction projects，the empirical case shows that hedging can reduce to some extent the price risk sustained by contractors in overseas project construction.
