摘要：参与海外项目竞标是中国高铁企业走出去的第一步，对其影响因素的研究有助于中国高铁企业开拓海外市场。为探讨高铁企业进行海外项目竞标时的影响因素，依据扎根理论对搜集到的高铁项目进行编码分析，将其影响因素划分为技术优势、商务优势、战略优势和政治优势四大类。然后，依据四类影响因素的不同组合，将高铁企业所处的竞争位势划分为四种状态，并提出相应的竞标策略。

Abstract：Participating in overseas project bidding is the first step of Chinese high-speed railway firms to go out. The study of its influence factors will help Chinese high-speed railway firms to develop overseas markets. In order to explore the factors，this paper analyzes the collected high-speed railway projects according to ground theory and divides the influence factors into four categories：technology advantage，business advantage，strategic advantage and political advantage. Then，according to the combination of different factors，identifies four competitive position scenarios and provides corresponding bidding strategies to help high-speed railway firms to win the bidding.
