摘要：分析预制构件生产基地选址规划关键影响因素，结合城市土地规划要求提出备选方案，通过灰色预测法对未来规划期各区域土地价格因素进行预测，并选择最佳物流路线；运用0-1整数规划方法建立选址模型并求解。以武汉市规划建设装配式建筑构件生产基地为对象进行实证分析，计算结果表明应在黄陂区盘龙城及武湖区域进行选址，该计算结果符合实际，验证选址方法的有效性。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the key influencing factors of the site planning of prefabricated components production base，puts forward the alternative plan based on urban land planning，predicts the price elements of land in each planning area by the gray forecasting method and chooses the best logistics route. Then，uses the 0-1 integer programming method to establish the site selection model and solve the problem. Taking the planning and construction of Wuhan of prefabricated components production base of assembled building as the object to carry on the empirical analysis，the calculation results show that the site selection should be conducted in Panlongcheng and Wuhu districts of Huangpi district，which is in line with the actual situation，proves the effectiveness of the method.
