摘要：结合国内外相关理论和实践深度剖析建筑业BIM技术的应用及扩散的现状，分析BIM应用的问题和障碍，建立BIM应用问题和障碍分析框架。分析框架归纳总结项目BIM应用外部的环境、组织和技术方面的问题，内部的建设项目、参与方团队和个体使用者三层面的障碍，为分析BIM使用行为和实施效果奠定基础。

Abstract：Combining the domestic and foreign relevant research and practice，this paper analyzes the application and diffusion of BIM in construction industry，and analyzes the problems and barriers of BIM adoption，establishes an analysis framework for BIM adoption problems and barriers. The analysis framework summarizes the external environment，organization and technology problems of project BIM adoption，and the three level obstacles of internal construction project，participant team and individual user，so as to analyze the BIM usage behavior and implementation effect.
