摘要：从广义建筑业和广义工业化的角度探究建筑工业化和住宅产业化的相关概念。建筑工业化可以理解为用现代制造业的模式改造包括住宅产品在内的建筑产品的生产交易模式的过程。建筑工业化的发展水平和实际成效取决于产品工业化和过程工业化之间的匹配，以及成本和收益之间的平衡。在广义的分析框架中，住宅产业化和建筑工业化之间的关系可以看作是局部与整体的关系。

Abstract：This paper examines some conceptual issues relating to construction industrialization and housing industrialization based on the generalized concepts of the construction industry and industrialization. Construction industrialization can be understood as the process of reshaping the production and transaction of construction products，house included，using the mode of modern manufacture industry. The degree and effects of construction industrialization depend upon the match between product industrialization and process industrialization，and the balance between costs and gains. In the generalized analysis framework，the relationship between housing industrialization and construction industrialization can be treated as a part–whole relation.
