摘要：分析影响城市轨道交通融资风险的八大要素，建立融资风险的评价指标体系，并且运用熵值法确定评价指标体系中的各评价指标的相应权重。在此基础上，采用多层级灰色评价方法对各级指标进行评价，根据综合评价的结果提出针对性的优化建议，从而为城市轨道交通PPP项目提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the eight elements of influencing urban rail transit financing risk，establishes the financing risk evaluation index system，and uses entropy method to determine the weight of each evaluation index in the evaluation system. Based on this，uses multi-level grey evaluation method to evaluate the indexes at all levels. According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation，puts forward pertinent optimization suggestions to provide references for urban rail transit PPP projects.
