摘要：资产管理与建筑信息模型（BIM）结合的技术目前尚未成熟，设施设备的管理编码体系是否准确，会影响数据的分享、效率和协同。基于此，提出一种支持Autodesk Revit软件建模的资产管理编码方案，设计出两层多段模式的编码结构，以期为BIM技术与资产管理的结合应用提供参考。

Abstract：At present，the combination between asset management and BIM technology isn’t mature. Whether the coding system for facilities management is accurate or not that determines the achievement of sharing，efficiency and collaborations of data utilizing. Based on this，this paper proposes an asset management coding scheme supporting Autodesk Revit software modeling，and designs the coding structure of two level multi-segment mode，so as to provide references for the combination of BIM technology and asset management.
