摘要：从既有住宅增设电梯工程全过程管理的角度，首先剖析成功增设电梯的典型案例，比较5城市管理办法的异同；在此基础上，分析当前既有住宅增设电梯成功案例极少的原因，并提出既有多层住宅增设电梯的制度创新建议。

Abstract：From the view of the whole process management of the project，this paper firstly analyzes typical successful cases in the installation of elevators，compares the similarities and differences between the 5 cities in the management methods. Then，analyzes the reasons for the few successful cases，puts forward suggestions for the system innovation of installing elevator in the existing multi-lager residential buildings.
