摘要：城市空间评价是城市规划制定和修订的必要工作，但目前城市空间评价存在诸多问题。利用分形分析方法对城市空间控制要素，例如职能用地、人口、建成区面积等进行评价，探究分形分析方法在城市空间要素评价上的可行性。研究表明，分形评价方法与一般统计分析方法所得结论具有一致性，从而验证了分形评价方法用于城市空间要素评价的可行性。

Abstract：Urban spatial evaluation is the necessary work for the formulation and revision of urban planning，but there are many problems in the evaluation of urban space. This paper uses the fractal analysis method to evaluate the urban spatial control elements，such as functional land，population，built-up area，and so on，then explores the feasibility of the fractal analysis method in the evaluation of urban spatial elements. The results show that the fractal evaluation method is consistent with the general statistical analysis method，which verifies the feasibility of fractal evaluation method used in urban spatial elements evaluation.
