摘要：在产品价值分析原理基础上，阐述混凝土外加剂企业工程建设项目的特点，分析现有工程建设项目的通用管理模式特征。根据当前建设管理程序，从节约费用降低成本的角度，对几种可能的工程建设项目管理模式进行价值分析。研究结果表明，采用自行管理及分项委托管理相结合的混合管理模式价值最高。

Abstract：Based on the principle of product value analysis，this paper elaborates the characteristics of concrete admixture enterprise engineering construction projects，analyzes the common management mode characteristics of existing engineering construction projects. According to the current construction management procedures，from the perspective of cost reduction，carries on the value analysis of the possible engineering construction project management modes. The results indicate that the mixed management mode consisting of self-management mode and sub-commissioned management mode has the highest value.
