摘要：基于建筑企业视角，分析地下管廊PPP项目需要关注的要点，包括区位选择、合法合规情况、投资条件、融资方案及投资风险等，以期在保障可观投资收益的前提下拓展管廊市场。

Abstract：Based on the perspective of construction enterprises，this paper analyzes the main points of utility tunnel PPP projects，including location selection，legal compliance，investment conditions，financing scheme and investment risk，so as to expand the tunnel market under the premise of ensuring considerable investment returns.
