摘要：项目所在国发生不可抗力事件时，中国建筑承包商提交的见索即付函面临严峻考验，处理不当可能对项目正常运营产生不利影响。结合国际商会见索即付保函统一规则（URDG758），深入分析当保函在不可抗力持续期间失效时，保函的交单、审核和付款将受到的影响，以期为中国建筑企业在国际建筑市场中应对不可抗力风险提供参考。

Abstract：When a force majeure event occurs in a country where the project is located，the demand guarantee submitted by the Chinese construction contractor is facing severe test. Improper handling may have a serious adverse effect on the normal operation of the project. According to ICC uniform rules for demand guarantees（URDG758），this paper analyzes the impact of the submission，audits and payments on the letter of guarantee when the guarantee is ineffective during the duration of the force majeure，so as to provide references for Chinese construction enterprises in response to the force majeure risks.
