摘要：分析PPP项目投资退出机制现状和问题，结合案例从主动和被动两个维度重点介绍目前社会资本退出路径，并阐述各自的适用范围。从风险分担机制、投资退出渠道、配套制度建设、合同体系设计四个方面提出完善PPP项目社会资本退出机制的建议，为制定切实可行投资退出预案提供借鉴。

Abstract：The paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the exit mechanism of PPP project investment，introduces the exit path of social capital from active and passive dimensions emphatically combined with cases，and expounds their respective applicable scope. Then，puts forward some suggestions to perfect the exit mechanism of social capital in PPP projects from four aspects of risk sharing mechanism，investment exit channel，supporting system construction and contract system design，in order provide references for drawing up feasible investment exit plan.
