摘要：以预制混凝土装配式建筑作为研究对象，将其与现浇式建筑在建设阶段的成本置于同一成本分析框架下，选取六个不同案例进行成本比较。研究结果表明：在当前的产业环境与施工条件下，装配式与现浇式在施工阶段所涉成本项中，上部结构成本项差异较大；施工成本比较中，现浇式成本较低，但装配式在装饰、电气等单位工程上均有更高的性价比。

Abstract：The paper takes prefabricated assembly building as the object，puts it and the cast-in-place concrete structure building under the same cost analyzing framework in construction stage，selects six cases to study. Results show that in current industrial environment and construction conditions，there’re great differences in the upper structure cost between prefabricated assembly structure and cast-in-place concrete structure，although construction cost of cast-in-place concrete structure is lower，prefabricated assembly structure has higher performance-price ratio in units of decoration，electricity，etc.
