摘要：基于BIM在建设项目设计概算中应用较少的现状，以某实际工程为例，通过理论分析和实际案例对比，分析直接利用Revit模型提取的工程量的精确度及出现差异的原因，得出利用BIM技术编制概算的精度在可接受范围内，并总结BIM技术在设计概算中的应用价值，提出将BIM技术运用于设计概算中会遇到的障碍及解决方案。

Abstract：Based on the fact that BIM is less applied in the design budget estimate of construction projects，the paper takes certain actual project as an example，analyzes the accuracy of quantity analysis and the reason for the difference by extracting directly with Revit model through theoretical analysis and comparison of actual cases，obtains the results that budgeting accuracy by BIM technology is within an acceptable range. Then，summarizes the application value of BIM technology in the design budget，puts forward obstacles encountered and solutions to apply BIM technology to design budget.
