摘要：结合某长输管道工程项目竣工结算经历，从施工单位角度，分析结算中关于投标阶段的四种常见争议及其原因，提出在项目投标阶段中应关注的问题，以期为施工单位投标报价提供有益参考与启示。

Abstract：Combined with the experience of project completion settlement in certain long distance pipeline project，the paper analyzes four kinds of disputes and the reasons of the bidding stage in the project completion settlement from the view of construction enterprises，puts forward problems that should be paid attention to in the bidding stage，in order to provide reference and inspiration for construction enterprises in bidding.
