[摘　要]　当前，我国房地产产业化发展正面临着行业、企业和运行三个层面的全方位变革。信息化带动产业化已成为房地产产业化发展的必然方向。但是，我国目前的房地产信息化水平还不足以推动房地产产业化发展。房地产信息服务的产业化发展是我国房地产信息化带动产业化的重要途径。

Abstract: At present, Chinese real estate industry has been experiencing the all-round reformation,including the levels of industry，enterprises and functioning.The infomationization promoting the industrialization is becoming the inevitable trend of the industrialization of real estate industry. But now, the infomationization of real estate industry is still insufficient to develop the industrialization. For the further development of the informationization promoting the industrialization of Chinese real estate, it still needs to focus on the development of information service, which is the most crucial problem.
