摘要：基于PC建筑工业化部品生产和销售现状，分析工业化部品价格制定的影响因素。在具体分析单一产品定价和多产品定价方法的使用条件及特点基础上，根据市场情况选定单一产品成本加成定价方法，对现阶段工业化构件部品进行价格确定。通过实际案例测算，证实定价步骤的合理有效性。最后提出企业定价和政府监督价格的建议。

Abstract：Based on the status of industrial parts production and market in the PC building，this paper analyzes the factors which affect the price of industrial parts. Then，analyzes the features and using conditions of single product pricing and multi product pricing，on the basis，selects single product cost-plus pricing as the final method to fix the price of prefabricated construction production according to the market situation. By the actual case，confirms the reasonable validity of the pricing step. Finally，gives the suggestion for the enterprise pricing and the government supervision price.
