摘要：在分析监理企业转型发展全过程工程咨询业务的必要性的基础上，深入剖析监理企业发展全过程工程咨询服务的优势，并探讨监理企业开展全过程工程咨询服务的策略，以期为监理企业转型发展提供参考。

Abstract：This paper expounds the necessity of the whole process of project supervision consulting business enterprise development，on the basis，analyzes the advantage of supervision enterprises，and discusses the strategies of supervision enterprises to carry out the whole process of engineering consulting business，in order to provide reference for transformation and development of supervision enterprises.
