摘要：从明确资产证券化形式、发挥证券化优势、提高资产证券化信用、具备潜在需求市场以及建立流通与退出机制五方面研究金融资产管理公司资产证券化的可行性。然后阐述真实销售模式践行资产证券化政策和信托模式践行资产证券化政策，为金融资产管理公司的资产证券化研究提供参考。

Abstract：This paper studies the feasibility of asset backed securitization of financial asset management company from five aspects of making clear the forms of asset backed securitization，giving full play to the advantages of securitization，improving credit of asset backed securitization，securing potential demand market and establishing circulation and withdrawal mechanism. Then，expounds the real sales mode and trust mode，which implements asset backed securitization policy，in order to provide references for asset backed securitization research of financial asset management company.
