摘要：整理2010～2016年国内期刊中BIM应用影响因素相关研究文献，从研究主体、研究方法及研究内容等方面进行分析，在此基础上，归纳现阶段影响BIM在我国应用推广的主要因素，同时针对其特点提出应用推广的建议。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the related research literature on the influencing factors of BIM application through examining the literature published from 2010 to 2016 in domestic journals，analyzes the literatures from the research subject，research methods and research content. On this basis，finds the main factors that affect the application and promotion of BIM in China at the present stage，and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the application of BIM.
