摘要：结合国内相关研究，提出建设工程质量第三方评价模式，包括第三方的引入、评价体系、评价人员、评价流程、运行保障，并进一步探索第三方的定位及专业化问题，以期促进第三方评价的组织与实施。

Abstract：Combined with related research at home and abroad，this paper puts forward the third party assessment model of construction project quality，including the introduction of third-party，assessment system，assessment personnel，assessment process，operation security，and further explores the positioning and specialization of the third party，in order to promote the organization and implementation of the third party assessment.
