摘要：根据建筑材料的使用性能对建筑材料进行分类，并介绍建筑材料的价格。根据实践阐述建筑材料造价波动对工期和工程质量的影响，研究表明建筑材料持续上涨必然会延误建筑工期，降低工程质量。

Abstract：This paper classifies the building materials according to the performance of the building materials and introduces the price of the building materials. Then，according to practice，expounds the influence of building materials cost fluctuation on construction period and engineering quality. The research indicates that the continuous rise of building materials will delay the construction period and reduce the engineering quality.
