摘要：梳理建筑工程安全文明施工相关法律法规及标准规范，据此列出安全文明施工费用法定列支清单总表和四项组成费用详细清单项目表，并提供计取方法，为直观清晰了解安全文明施工费使用情况提供参考。

Abstract：This paper combs the relevant laws，regulations and standards of safety and civilized construction of construction engineering，lists the detailed list of the legal list of safety and civilized construction fees and the detailed list of four items，also provides a method of collection，in order to provide references for clear understanding of the use of safety and civilization construction fees.
