摘要：建设工程结算审核是工程造价控制的核心，直接决定了项目成果和企业效益。基于此，分析建设工程结算审核的难点，阐述工程结算审核的前期准备、具体内容、后期工作，为建设工程结算审核提供参考。

Abstract：The construction project settlement audit is the core of project cost control，which directly determines the project results and enterprise benefits. Based on this，this paper analyzes the difficulties of the construction project settlement audit. Then，expounds the preparatory work，concrete content and later work of the project settlement audit，in order to provide references for the construction project settlement audit.
