摘要：从高校后勤财务管理和体制的特点入手，分析高校后勤建筑项目中财务管理所存在的问题。然后从后勤财务管理、监督体系以及会计核算等方面分析其管理问题存在的成因及其影响，最后基于上述分析提出提升高校后勤财务管理制度的可行对策。

Abstract：Starting from the characteristics of financial management and system of university logistics，this paper firstly analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of university logistics construction projects. Then，from aspects of logistics financial management，supervision system and accounting calculation，analyzes the causes and effects of management problems. Finally，puts forward feasible countermeasures to improve the financial management system of university logistics based on the above analysis.
