摘要：建设工程的计价是否科学合理，直接影响建设工程投资控制。分析建设工程计价中的定额选用问题、定额套项问题、工程单价问题等，并提出相应的对策，以期为建设工程投资管理和控制提供参考。

Abstract：Whether the valuation of construction project is scientific and reasonable or not will directly affect the investment control of construction projects. This paper analyzes the quota selection，quota item，engineering unit price and other issues in the valuation of construction projects，and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to provide references for the construction project investment management and control.
