摘要：基于目前铁路工程隧道专业使用的三类预算，分析不同隧道定额的适用范围以及施工工艺的选择。以某一隧道正洞工程为例，用三类定额分别测算造价指标、成本指标和利润率情况，其结果对铁路项目合理投资、施工企业选择合适投标标的，具有借鉴意义。

Abstract：Based on the three types of budget used in railway engineering tunnel specialty，this paper analyzes the applicable scopes of different tunnel quota，and selections of construction technologies. Taking one main tunnel project as an example，calculates the price index，cost index and profit rate with three kinds of quota. The results have some significance for reasonable investment of railway projects and selection of appropriate bidding targets for construction enterprises.
