[摘　要]　基于厦门市实施建设工程担保工作中的一些做法和经验，对工程担保制度的推行对于规范建筑市场的重要意义、目前存在的问题进行了阐述，并在此基础上提出了解决这些问题的建议和措施，希望能对工程担保制度的进一步完善有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract: Based on the practice and experience of the implementation of project bond in Xiamen, this paper sets forth the significance of implementing project bond system on regulating construction market as well as the current problems. On this basis, this paper puts forward the proposals and measures to solve these problems. It's hoped that this paper can provide some reference for further improvement of project bond system.
