摘要：选取三个装配整体式混凝土建筑项目，以整个建筑单体作为研究对象，统计分析其建造过程成本，并比较装配部分和现浇部分的成本差距，分析造成两者成本差距的关键因素，进而提出装配式建筑成本控制方案。

Abstract：This paper selects three precast concrete buildings，regarding the whole building as the research object，analyzes the construction cost and compares the cost gap between the precast part and the cast-in-place part. Then，analyzes the key factors that cause the both cost gap，and finally puts forward the precast building cost control measures.
