摘要:传统的关键链进度预警由于计算量大、缺乏可视化管理平台,信息共享常发生偏差和滞后。通过构建基于BIM的关键链进度预警系统以解决上述问题,系统包括BIM模型管理、缓冲区监控和警度报告三个模块。通过将关键链中的缓冲区作为只消耗时间的任务插入进度计划,并在BIM模型中创建对应缓冲区图元,以构建4D BIM模型。利用信息采集技术自动采集实际进度数据,依据项目进展动态设置缓冲触发点,最后基于BIM模型进行二次开发,实现进度预警的可视化和集成化。

Abstract:Due to the large amount of calculation and lack of visual platform,the sharing of information is often deviated and lagged for traditional schedule early warning of critical chain. This paper constructs the schedule early warning system of critical chain based on BIM,which can effectively solve the aforementioned problems. The system consists of three modules:BIM model management,buffer monitoring and alarm reporting. Then,inserts the buffer of critical chain into schedule as the task consuming time only,and creates the corresponding primitive buffer in the BIM model,so as to build the 4D BIM. Finally,collects actual schedule data by information collection technology,sets buffer trigger points dynamically according to the progress of the project,carries out the secondary development of the schedule early warning based on BIM model to realize the visualization and integration of the schedule early warning.
