摘要：探讨3D打印技术在建筑业应用中的问题和局限，并据此提出应对策略。通过对以往研究所提出问题的整理并结合该技术的现有优势，提出并论证3D打印技术在应用中以公益事业运行模式为平台进行研发与拓展的核心策略。

Abstract：This paper discusses the problems and limitations in the application of 3D printing technology in the construction industry，and proposes some solutions prescribed for these problems accordingly. By integrating the problems identified in previous research and combining with the existing advantages of the technology，presents and proves the core strategy based on the platform of public welfare undertaking for the further application and development of 3D printing technology.
