基于BIM的施工过程减排技术研究

摘要:构建基于BIM的施工减排技术体系,通过分析离散仿真的信息输出以及BIM模型的信息集成,实现两者仿真数据之间的信息转化,为施工期低碳测评提供动态的可视化方法;针对绿色建筑标准中对建筑节材的相关规定,实现BIM模型中材料的自动化统计和相关标准值的符合性检查评判;以某展馆施工过程为例进行案例分析,为低碳施工提供新的方法。

Abstract:This paper constructes the construction emission reduction technology system based on BIM,through the analysis of discrete simulation of the information output and information integrated of BIM model,realizes the information conversion of simulation data transfer of information between both sides,provides visualization methods for dynamic evaluation of low carbon in construction period. In view of the green building standards for building materials related provisions,realizes the conformity inspection and evaluation of the automatic statistics and related standard value of BIM model. On this basis,takes the construction process of an exhibition hall as an example,carries on case analysis to provide a new method for low carbon construction.
