摘要：针对建筑供应链管理研究与应用中存在的问题，提出建筑产业化背景下基于EPC模式供应链管理的必要性，并进一步阐述EPC模式下建筑供应链的基本内涵，分析EPC模式下建筑供应链的构成主体及其职责，对比传统供应链模型构建新型建筑供应链结构模型，并指出建筑供应链运作管理需要政府引导扶持、建筑技术标准化、管理理念变革与企业合作等。

Abstract：Aiming at the problems existing in the research and application of construction supply chain management，this paper puts forward the necessity of supply chain management based on EPC mode under the background of building industrialization，then expounds the basic connotation of the construction supply chain under the EPC mode，analyzes the major structure of construction supply chain and corresponding responsibilities under the EPC mode，constructs the new construction supply chain structure model compared with traditional supply chain structure model，and points out that the construction supply chain operation management needs government guidance support，construction technology standardization，management concept transformation and enterprise cooperation.
