摘要：海外工程经验管理信息系统（EIPMIS）是基于我国海外建设工程市场不断拓展的一个专业信息平台。阐述EIPMIS的理论内涵、设计目标、设计原则、系统结构，分析案例库信息管理、知识库信息管理等EIPMIS的五大模块构成，介绍EIPMIS的运行流程，为建立企业间国际工程经验沟通平台提供参考。

Abstract：The overseas engineering experience management information system（EIPMIS）is a professional information platform which based on the expansion of China’s overseas construction engineering market. This paper expounds the theoretical connotation，design goal，design principle and system structure of EIPMIS，analyzes the five modules of EIPMIS，such as case base information management，knowledge base information managementand so on，and introduces the operation process of EIPMIS，in order to provide reference for the establishment of international engineering experience communication platform between enterprises.
