[摘　要]　结合我国建筑企业组织模式现状提出了大型建筑企业基于团队的组织构建的目标模式，阐述了大型建筑企业基于团队的组织构建的一般过程和在目前状况下的主要构建措施，最后对大型建筑企业基于团队的组织的运行进行了分析。

Abstract: According to the conditions of organizational models of large construction enterprises in China, this thesis proposes the target model of the building of the team-based organization in large construction companies, and expounds the general processes and the main measures in the building of the team-based organization at present. Finally this thesis carries on an analysis of the running of the team-based organizations in large construction companies.
