摘要：在房地产发展步入存量房主导发展和互联网强势变革的全新时代背景下，分析房地产企业平台战略创新的现实基础并构建创新分析框架，探讨房地产服务平台战略创新实现路径。房地产企业平台战略创新过程中，政府需要重新定位管制角色，企业要树立融合产业发展共建平台的战略意识。

Abstract：Real estate development has entered a new era with leading development of stock house and strong change of Internet. The paper analyzes the realistic foundation of strategic innovation of real estate enterprise platform，constructs the analysis framework.Then，explores the strategic realization path of real estate service platform. In the process of the implementation of the platform strategy，the government needs to reposition the regulatory role，and the enterprises should establish a strategic awareness of building a platform for the integration of industrial development.
