摘要：建筑工业化与装配式建筑的特点集中体现为政府的主导模式，而不是建筑业自身产业发展的必然结果。结合业务流程管理（BPM）的理论与方法，提出重组建筑业产业组织流程，以期提高建筑业产业效率、降低成本，并进而提出基于设计施工一体化（EPC）实现建筑产业流程一体化（DDC）的发展模式。

Abstract：The characteristics of construction industrialization and prefabricated building are embodied as the dominant mode of the goverment,not the inevitable result of the development of construction industry itself. Combined with the methodology of BPM，this paper proposes to restructure the industrial organization process of construction industry，so as to improve the efficiency of construction industry and reduce the cost. Furthermore，puts forward a development mode of DDC based on EPC.
