摘要：随着大型商业银行海外机构布局和业务拓展等国际化战略步伐的加快，如何推动海外信贷业务持续、健康发展值得思考。基于国别风险评估的特点，分析海外信贷管理的难点，包括合规要求的遵循、风险隐患的揭示、信贷政策的制定三个方面，并阐述评估成果在海外信贷管理中的运用。

Abstract：With the accelerated pace of internationalization strategy of large commercial banks such as overseas institutions layout and business expansion，it is worth thinking about how to promote sustained and healthy development of overseas credit business. Based on the characteristics of country risk assessment，this paper analyzes the difficulties of overseas credit management from three aspects of the follow of compliance requirements，the disclosure of hidden risks and the formulation of credit policy，and expounds the application of evaluation results in overseas credit management.
