[摘　要]　从土地供给制度变迁的视角对土地供给制度绩效进行评价，以避免因不同的土地资源禀赋和不同的制度环境导致的制度选择目标不一致。以北京市为例，对土地供给指标进行优化选择和整理，运用主成分分析法对土地供给制度绩效进行定量评价，从土地供给制度变迁的角度对影响我国土地供给制度绩效的因素进行分析。

Abstract: The paper evaluates land supply institutional performance from the perspective of land supply institutions change, in order to avoid the inconsistence of institutional choice objectives due to different land resource endowment and different institutional environment. Taking Beijing as an example,this paper optimizes the selection and arrangement of land supply indexes. Principal component analysis is used to land supply institutions performance for quantitative evaluation.It also analyzes the factors which influence land supply institutional performance,from the land supply institutional change perspective.
