摘要：分析建筑行业建设模式、生产方式、经营范围的发展趋势和更加市场化的行业竞争对工程造价咨询企业的影响；阐述工程造价咨询企业存在的问题和面对的挑战；提出做好人才和技术储备、谋划国际化发展、加强信息化建设、锁定目标客服等发展对策，为工程造价咨询企业的发展提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the impact on engineering cost consulting enterprises from four aspects of construction mode，production mode，business scope and more market-oriented industry competition，expounds the existing problems and challenges faced by engineering cost consulting enterprises，and puts forward development countermeasures, such as developing talents and technical reserves，planning international development，strengthening informatization construction，locking target customer service，in order to provide reference for the development of engineering cost consulting enterprise.
