摘要：以南通市和绍兴市作为建筑业发展样本，选取2000-2014年统计数据，利用索洛增长模型和周方模型对生产函数、规模经济增长率、科技进步增长率、全要素生产率增长率进行测算，实证研究建筑业产出增长影响因素。在此基础上，提出建议以期促进建筑业的发展。

Abstract：Taking Nantong and Shaoxing as the sample of construction industry，this paper makes an empirical study on the factors influencing the output growth of construction industry，by selecting the 2000～2014 years statistical data，uses Solow growth model and Zhou Fang model to calculate the production function，the scale economic growth rate，the growth rate of scientific and technological progress，and the growth rate of total factor productivity. Based on the above analysis，proposes some advices so as to promote the development of the construction industry.
