摘要：产城融合是《国家新型城镇化规划（2014-2020）》的题中之义，而城市规划建设是产城融合的三个主体要素之一。阐述产城融合与城市规划建设的关系，然后分析产业园区、总部经济、特色小镇三种城市规划建设路径，以及其对产城融合的作用。研究表明：产业园区、总部经济对城市经济的发展起到了重要的作用，而特色小镇的城市建设路径是对前两种模式的补充及修复，形成新的城市建设格局。

Abstract：The integration of industry and city is the meaning of the new national urbanization plan（2014-2020），and urban planning and construction is one of the three main factors of industry and city integration.This paper expounds the relationship between the integration of industry and city and urban planning and construction，then analyzes the three ways of urban planning and construction of industrial parks，headquarters economy and characteristic towns，as well as their role in the integration of industry and city.Research shows that the development of industrial park，headquarters economy has played an important role to the city's economy，and the path of urban construction of characteristic town is the supplement and repair of the former two patterns，which form a new pattern of urban construction.
