摘要：运用协调管理理论，探究援疆工程项目中利益相关者协调管理体系的形成过程，建立基于援疆工程项目利益相关者的协调管理机制，并运用多层次灰色模糊综合评价法构建协调管理机制的评价体系。以A援建项目为例，对其协调管理机制进行评价，根据综合评价值判断其协调管理能力为良好状态。

Abstract：The paper uses the coordination management theory to explore the formation process of coordination management system of stakeholders of assistance construction project in Xinjiang，establishes the coordination management mechanism of stakeholders. Then，uses hierarchy grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation system of coordination management mechanism.Finally，takes A assistance construction project as an example，evaluates its coordination management mechanism，and according to the comprehensive evaluation value，judges its coordination management ability as a good state.
