摘要：基于价值工程理论，以某工程地下室电梯井、集水坑降水为例，对三个施工降水方案进行了系统的功能定义、功能评价、成本分析及价值计算，并根据计算结果选择出最佳施工方案。在方案的选择中，综合考虑了功能与成本，实现了技术与经济相结合，提高了方案评价的科学性。

Abstract：Based on value engineering，this paper chooses a practical example of dewatering construction on the elevator shaft and sump pit，and analyzes three dewatering schemes on the function definition，function evaluation，cost analysis and value calculation.According to the results，chooses the best construction scheme.In the process of scheme selection，considers the function and cost，and realizes the combination of technology and economy，thus improves the science of scheme evaluation.
