摘要：随着越来越多的电力工程采用EPC模式，备品备件及专用工具作为EPC总承包项目现场采购管理的重要内容之一逐渐受到关注。分析电力工程EPC项目备品备件及专用工具管理的现状及问题，提出备品备件及专用工具的全生命周期管理方法，为科学有效地预防备品备件及专用工具管理过程中的风险提供借鉴。

Abstract：With the popularity of using EPC general contracting model in power engineering，as one of the important components of EPC project on-site procurement management，spare parts and special tools has attracted more and more attention.This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of spare parts and special tools management in EPC projects，presents the whole life cycle management method of spare parts and special tools management，which can effectively prevent the risks in the process of spare parts and special tools management.
