摘要：从空间、投资、阶段、深度、服务五个维度界定医院建设项目设计工作范围，然后提出医院建设项目设计总承包五大类主要工作内容，最后就设计总承包模式提出参照建设工程量清单方式对各类设计工作内容逐项计费的方法，旨在为工程人员开展设计管理工作提供指导与帮助。

Abstract：The paper defines the work scope of the design in five dimensions including space，investment，stages，depth and service of general contracting construction design in hospital construction projects. Lists all the main five types of design work content. Presents the design cost calculation method which based on general contracting in the end. The paper aimed to provide some reference or help for engineers who are implementing hospital construction design management.
