摘要：作为装配式建筑的代表，钢结构住宅的投资成本备受关注。首先以同一个住宅项目的钢筋砼结构和装配式钢结构两套方案的成本测算为例，分析其投资成本差异；然后总结影响投资成本的因素；最后从社会资本和政府机构的决策提出有关建议。

Abstract：As a representative of an assembly building，the investment cost of steel structure residence is closely watched. Firstly，taking the same residential project's reinforced concrete structure and the assembled steel structure cost calculation of the two sets of programs as an example，the paper analyzes their investment cost differences. Then，summarizes the factors that affect the cost of investment.Finally，proposes some recommendations for decision making from the social capital and government agencies.
