城中村物业管理政府激励机制分析

[摘 要] 本文基于物业管理既是对物业区域“物”的管理,同时也是对“人与秩序”的双重属性以及城中村物业的先天不足和管理成本高、收费难等因素,研究了政府激励城中村物业管理的必要性和效用;结合深圳市城中村物业管理的实例分析了在信息不对称条件下政府激励城中村物业管理的方式、难点和对策。[关键词] 城中村;物业管理;激励机制Abstract: This paper studied the necessity and effectiveness for government to support property management of the village in city based on the dual attributes that property management not only manages the“property” but also“human and order”, besides, the village in city is congenitally deficient on supporting facilities, high management cost and difficult to gather management fee.
