摘要：采用调研和问卷方式，总结分析上海市居民对房屋安全的认知程度和房屋存在的安全隐患，通过Kruskal-Wallis检验方法，检验不同住居房龄的居民样本之间在房屋安全认知上的差异。结果表明，上海市居民的房屋安全意识有待于提高，对相应法律法规的了解程度较低但需求度较高；房龄对房屋安全隐患有一定的影响，但对居民房屋安全认知程度的影响较小。

Abstract：This paper uses survey and questionnaire to summarize and analyze the residents’ awareness of housing safety and the hidden dangers of housing in Shanghai.Through Kruskal-Wallis Test，discusses the difference in awareness of different housing life samples. The results show that the residents' awareness of housing safety needs to be improved in Shanghai，the understanding of the relevant laws and regulations is low，but the demand is higher. The housing life has a certain degree of impact on the security risks，but little impact on housing safety awareness of residents.
